For those in between sizes, we recommend sizing up. These size-reducing inserts help ensure a precise, comfortable fit when you’ve chosen the larger size. Simply remove the adhesive backing and place the wool strips evenly inside the sweatband, keeping them concealed and adjusting as needed until you’ve achieved your ideal fit.
